Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients.
• Explain the value of dental treatment and convert same-day treatment.
• Engage in uncomfortable conversations with patients and follow up with those who have unscheduled treatment.
• Answer insurance-related questions with mastery of dental insurance.
• Maintain impeccable organization for record-keeping.
• Demonstrate flexibility and accommodation with your schedule.
• Uphold high standards in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service.
