Castle Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Treatment Care Coordinator to join our team in Pasadena. Schedule

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Responsibilities

Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
Review insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements
Support case acceptance through strong communication and patient education
Coordinate scheduling to maximize provider efficiency and patient flow
Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and patient communication
Create a welcoming and positive patient experience from consultation through treatment
Work collaboratively with doctors, clinical staff, and front office teams

Qualifications

Previous dental or treatment coordinating experience required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and customer service skills
Team-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience
