Treatment Coordinator

About the role

Gateway Dental is seeking a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Colleyville, TX to join our patient-centric community practice. This role offers work/life balance, opportunities for career growth, professional development, and support with continuing education.

Schedule

• Monday & Wednesday: 6:45 am - 4:00 pm
• Tuesday & Thursday: 7:15 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, including new patients and emergencies
• Establish trusting relationships with new patients
• Track pending and incomplete treatments
• Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
• Present treatment plans and ensure dental goals are being met
• Handle appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups
• Request patient records
• Maintain knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2 or more years of dental front office experience
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
• Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team
