Treatment Coordinator

Join our team as a Treatment Care Coordinator and play a key role in creating positive patient experiences using our innovative G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You'll help patients feel welcome and supported, whether they are visiting for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment, and assist them with financial arrangements.

Schedule

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Review insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements
• Support case acceptance through strong communication and patient education
• Coordinate scheduling to maximize provider efficiency and patient flow
• Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and patient communication
• Create a welcoming and positive patient experience from consultation through treatment
• Work collaboratively with doctors, clinical staff, and front office teams

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Pay

$18–$21 per hour
