Treatment Coordinator
Overview
Bright Now! Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Treatment Care Coordinator to join their team in North Vernon.
Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Review insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements
- Support case acceptance through strong communication and patient education
- Cook up scheduling to maximize provider efficiency and patient flow
- Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and patient communication
- Create a welcoming and positive patient experience from consultation through treatment
- Work collaboratively with doctors, clinical staff, and front office teams
Qualifications
- Previous dental or treatment coordinating experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
- Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience
