About the role
The Treatment Coordinator (TC) controls the new patient flow of the practice. The TC plays a vital role in customer relations and service. The Treatment coordinator's goal is to capture new patients and retain the existing patients through quality customer care. This is a position where you will be selling Orthodontic treatments and services to clients who have come into the clinic for treatment consultations. You must be an energetic individual with the ability to understand all aspects of the treatment plan and explain it to the patient.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the new patient/parent/guardian understands the treatment.
- Presents the fees for services and provides payment options to the client.
- Conveys a positive image of the practice.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to work well with the public.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask.
- Must have the drive to succeed in sales and to meet goals
