Responsibilities
- Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.
- Participate in a four-week training program to succeed in the role.
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
- Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
- High regard for time management.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Must be age 18 or older.

Pay
$18 – $20 per hour.
