Treatment Coordinator

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for patients—helping them understand treatment plans, guiding them through financial options, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Responsibilities

• Update and maintain patient insurance information
• Maintain the doctor’s schedule to ensure efficient use of their time
• Partner with the clinical team to ensure an excellent patient experience
• Adhere to deadlines and prioritize work against the patient schedule
• Collect patient payments in an effective and professional manner
• Understand doctor treatment recommendations and develop treatment plans from diagnosis
• Effectively communicate treatment options and associated costs to the patient
• Maintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of customer service experience required
• Medical or dental experience preferred

• Understanding of dental terminology
• Friendly, inviting, and professional personality and presence
• Basic office skills such as typing and filing
