We are seeking a confident, compassionate, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to connect our clinical expertise with an outstanding patient experience. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for patients—helping them understand treatment plans, guiding them through financial options, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Responsibilities
- Update and maintain patient insurance information.
- Maintain doctor schedule to ensure efficient use of the doctor’s time.
- Partner with the clinical team to ensure an excellent patient experience.
- Adhere to deadlines and prioritize work against the patient schedule.
- Collect payments from patients in an effective and professional manner.
- Understand doctor treatment recommendations and develop treatment plans from diagnosis.
- Effectively communicate treatment options and associated costs to the patient.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of customer service experience required.
- Medical or dental experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Understanding of dental terminology.
- Friendly, inviting, and professional personality and presence.
- Basic office skills such as typing and filing.
- Good organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other team members.
