Summary Of Essential Job Functions

• Cook up and schedule appointments for patients
• Initiate consultations with patients to discuss dental procedures, treatments, and associated costs, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their recommended treatment plans
• Function as a go-between for the Dentist and the patient
• Provide outstanding customer service, promptly and professionally addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-up communications
• Discuss financial options, insurance coverage, and credit options that may be available
• Routine follow-ups with patients throughout the course of treatment
• Keep patient education materials updated and maintain a professional reception area
• Regularly update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations

• Compensation And Schedule: Salary: $16.00 depending on experience, Bonus Pay: up to $300 additional per month, Schedule: Monday-Friday
