About the role
The ideal Treatment Coordinator at Ashby Park Pediatric Dentistry - Greenville will play a vital role in ensuring children have a lifetime of beautiful smiles. They should have a heart for children and enjoy working with a fun team of like-minded professionals dedicated to quality care.
Responsibilities
- Present financial treatment plans to patients
- Show working knowledge and experience with dental insurance
- Have back office dental experience (optional but preferred)
- Communicate effectively and multitask while being a flexible team player
Requirements
- X-ray Certification
- CPR Certification
- Monday - Friday schedule from 7:15 AM to 4:30 PM
- Travel to other locations when the primary location is closed
Key Skills
- Ability to present financial treatment plans to patients
- Working knowledge and experience with dental insurance
- Back office dental experience (optional but preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, take direction, and be a flexible team player
