About the role

We’re dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care and ensuring a seamless experience for every patient. As a Treatment Coordinator (TC), you will play a vital role in connecting our patients with the care they need, ensuring schedules are managed efficiently and that every detail is handled with precision.

Responsibilities

• Manage dental insurance prior authorizations, ensuring they are secured at least 30 days before surgery.
• Notify patients of their scheduled surgery time one week prior and confirm all necessary co-pays are collected in advance.
• Maintain accurate scheduling using Dentrix and Vision systems, ensuring alignment across platforms.
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding schedule changes and cancellations, keeping detailed records of reasons.
• Assist in collecting medical deductibles when applicable (separate from dental benefits).
• Check and respond to company emails daily to ensure effective communication.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Dentrix software is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with patients and staff.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
