We're partnering with a modern, patient-focused dental practice in the Rogers area to find an upbeat and personable Treatment Coordinator to join their growing team!

Responsibilities

• Presenting and explaining treatment plans to patients
• Discussing insurance, financing, and payment options
• Coinciding treatment schedules and maintaining production goals
• Following up with unscheduled treatment and overdue patients
• Supporting communication between clinical and front office teams
• Creating a warm, positive patient experience from first contact through treatment completion
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements

• Previous dental office experience preferred
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, or Dental Assistant is a plus
• Knowledge of dental insurance and financing options
• Familiarity with Open Dental software is highly preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
