About the role
We are looking for a Treasury Technology Developer to build and maintain full-stack applications supporting Treasury functions at an innovative multi-strategy, multi-manager investment firm with over 400 employees across New York, Houston, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack applications supporting Treasury functions using React and Python
- Develop APIs and backend services to support cash management, liquidity, funding, and treasury workflows
- Work with databases and data platforms including Snowflake and AWS RDS
- Collaborate with Treasury, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable technology solutions
- Design, develop, and enhance applications that improve operational efficiency and automation across Treasury processes
- Debug and optimize systems across frontend, backend, and data layers
- Write clean, scalable, well-tested, and maintainable code following engineering best practices
- Take ownership of projects and deliver features end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Python, React, REST APIs, SQL, Snowflake, AWS RDS / PostgreSQL / MySQL, and Git
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High work ethic with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Exposure to AWS or other cloud infrastructure
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or modern software delivery practices
- Interest in AI/LLMs, data engineering, or automation technologies
- Experience building applications within Treasury, Finance, or Capital Markets environments is advantageous
