What you’ll do
- Initiate ACH and wire payments using multiple banking platforms, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
- Monitor bank account balances daily to ensure sufficient funds for disbursements and operations.
- Review bank activity for unusual, erroneous, or potentially fraudulent transactions and escalate issues appropriately.
- Maintain accurate documentation for treasury activities, including payments, banking changes, and fraud resolution.
- Process escrow transactions in accordance with firm policies and client fund requirements.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant treasury, banking, accounting, or finance operations experience.
- Experience working with online banking platforms is preferred.
- Strong understanding of treasury, banking, and accounting processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; macro experience is a bonus.
