Balance daily batch reports to ensure cash and loan activity reconcile.
Researching borrower activity
Research borrower activity and monetary transactions on the loan servicing system.
Daily teller balancing procedures
Conduct daily teller balancing procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
Reconciliation of clearing and disbursement accounts
Daily reconciliation of clearing and disbursement accounts.
Daily funds movements
Work with online banking applications for daily funds movements.
Processing daily funding of overdraft accounts
Pull daily bank balances and process the daily funding of overdraft accounts.
Support for audits
Provide support for audits.
Meeting legal requirements
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and follow internal policies.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Ability to sit for long periods of time is essential.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Education and Experience
Proficient with PC, Word, Excel. Associate degree with focus in Accounting/Finance, preferred. Mortgage banking experience, preferred.
