Treasury Services Sales Rep II

About the role

RCB Bank is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Treasury Sales Representative. This role involves marketing and selling the Bank's Treasury management suite of products to existing and new commercial customers, as well as developing new commercial deposit relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with commercial lenders, coordinating calling efforts to ensure commercial deposit accounts are gathered and treasury management products are offered to new and existing commercial loan customers.
• Solicit, establish, and maintain new commercial banking relationships for the bank with a focus on treasury management products and deposit growth.
• Work independently to identify existing customer needs and collaborate with relationship officers on cross-sell opportunities within designated market(s).
• Provide assistance to level one sales staff with presentations/solutions for complex business entities when needed.

Requirements

• You possess excellent business development skills with knowledge of selling and closing techniques.
• You can read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and/or legal documents.
• You can establish and fulfill customer commitments in a timely manner.
• You possess high analytical and technical skills and the ability to resolve problems effectively and proficiently.
• You care about your community and have a desire to be involved.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business or finance or equivalent business experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of treasury sales or equivalent work experience
• Flexibility to travel as needed

Skills

• Certified Cash Management (CCM) and/or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
