  • Maintain reconciliation schedules, aging reports, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and established service levels.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Accounting, Revenue Accounting, IT, banks, and external payment processors to resolve settlement issues and improve reconciliation processes.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities by completing reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of cash and payment-related balances.
  • Support special projects and other finance and accounting initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, payment reconciliation, or accounting, preferably within a large corporate or multi-entity environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
  • Fluent English (oral and written skills).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels of the organization.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • US passport or green card.

Benefits

We are committed to building a future that values diverse perspectives, embraces the world beyond borders, and fosters an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to be their authentic selves.
