We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About us? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have "About us" content, but not listed as a standard heading; we could use "About the role" maybe? Actually "About us" is company description; could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Probably we should stick to those headings where applicable. We have content about the role: "About this role in the team:" which we can map to About the role
. Then responsibilities: "Key Areas of Responsibilities:" -> Responsibilities
. Qualifications & Skills: we can combine into Qualifications
or Skills
. The instruction says we can use Qualifications and Skills separate. We have both qualifications and skills listed; we could put them under Qualifications
and maybe also Skills
but we need to avoid thin sections. Better to combine into one Qualifications & Skills
but that's not in list. Could use Qualifications
and include skills inside. Or Skills
. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule? We have Pay info: "USA Salary Ranges $70,000—$90,000 USD". Also "Fair and competitive salary at every stage of your growth". So we have pay info. Benefits: "Flexible working hours, with hybrid working at its heart", "A culture built on passionate, growth-minded people", "A flexible approach to holiday", "Opportunities to travel to our offices around the world", "An open and creative environment". So we have benefits. Schedule: location & working hours: "This role requires the individual to be based on the West Coast of the United States or be willing to work hours aligned with Pacific Time, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT". Also on-call coverage for weekend work etc. So schedule info present.
Thus we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not include headings with filler. Ensure we include all substantive info.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we should list each bullet as
- . For qualifications/skills also list. For benefits list.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "Process and monitor both manual and automated transactions, including deposit allocation, client payments, and return of funds." etc.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We need to not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft.
Structure:
About the role
As a Treasury and Payment Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our day to day Operations covering. You will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of payments, liquidity management and promptly resolving any operational client inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience. You will also be required to provide on-call coverage for weekend work, shared among 9 analysts, typically once every couple of months. Additionally, coverage for some bank holidays will be expected, with the exact structure (compensation or time off in lieu) to be agreed upon within the team.
But note that some of that is also schedule; but we can keep in About the role.
Then Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Process and monitor both manual and automated transactions, including deposit allocation, client payments, and return of funds.
- Handle failed payments, liquidity movements, and cash flow management.
- Manage offline liquidity providers and exchanges.
- Maintain positive professional relationships with partner financial institutions, merchants, and internal operational teams.
- Assist the Merchant Support team with incoming queries.
- Work closely with compliance and monitoring teams to address flagged transactions, RFI's, and counterparties' whitelisting.
- Track and resolve open payment queries, ensuring swift resolution.
- Support safeguarding and reconciliation procedures related to EMI operations.
- Produce KPIs on payments statistics within the business.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks or discrepancies.
- Assist senior operations team members with various tasks or duties as needed.
- Support treasury and related operational teams with counterparty risk management and ensure compliance with internal treasury policies.
- Investigate and resolve payment issues, delays, and errors in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for treasury and payment processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Contribute to system optimisation initiatives to improve the efficiency of payment processing.
Qualifications & Skills: we can have Qualifications
and include both qualifications and skills as list.
But we have "Qualifications & Skills:" heading then bullet list: Experience in treasury, payment operations, or financial services is preferred. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills, able to present findings and communicate workflows effectively.
Then "Job Fit & Personal Characteristics:" list: Thorough and understands the importance of having a process to follow, Quick learner - adaptable and proactive and professional, Confident, well spoken & articulate, Strong attention to detail, Self-starter / high initiative, Self motivated and dependable, Team Player with a flexible approach to work, Ambitious, innovative and high-energy, Great organisational and time-management skills.
We could combine all into one list under Qualifications.
Thus:
Qualifications
- Experience in treasury, payment operations, or financial services is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills, able to present findings and communicate workflows effectively.
- Thorough and understands the importance of having a process to follow.
- Quick learner - adaptable and proactive and professional.
- Confident, well spoken & articulate.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter / high initiative.
- Self motivated and dependable.
- Team Player with a flexible approach to work.
- Ambitious, innovative and high-energy.
- Great organisational and time-management skills.
Benefits: we have "What you can expect from us:" bullet list: Fair and competitive salary at every stage of your growth (but that's pay, maybe duplicate), Flexible working hours, with hybrid working at its heart, A culture built on passionate, growth-minded people, A flexible approach to holiday, Opportunities to travel to our offices around the world, An open and creative environment where you can help us define the future of BVNK, its culture, and its opportunity sets.
We also have Pay section separate.
Thus Benefits list:
Benefits
- Flexible working hours, with hybrid working at its heart.
- A culture built on passionate, growth‑minded people.
- A flexible approach to holiday.
- Opportunities to travel to our offices around the world.
- An open and creative environment where you can help us define the future of BVNK, its culture, and its opportunity sets.
Pay: we have "Fair and competitive salary at every stage of your growth" and "USA Salary Ranges $70,000—$90,000 USD". Also "Compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications."
Thus Pay section:
Pay
- USA Salary Ranges: $70,000—$90,000 USD.
- Compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.
- Fair and competitive salary at every stage of your growth.
Schedule: we have location & working hours: "This role requires the individual to be based on the West Coast of the United States or be willing to work hours aligned with Pacific Time, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT, to support our operational needs." Also on-call coverage for weekend work, shared among 9 analysts, typically once every couple of months. Additionally, coverage for some bank holidays will be expected, with the exact structure (compensation or time off in lieu) to be agreed upon within the team.
We could combine schedule info.
Thus:
Schedule
- Based on the West Coast of the United States or willing to work hours aligned with Pacific Time (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT).
- On‑call coverage for weekend work, shared among 9 analysts, typically once every couple of months.
- Coverage for some bank holidays expected; exact structure (compensation or time off in lieu) to be agreed within the team.
We should ensure we didn't duplicate content: The on-call coverage and bank holidays were also in About the role paragraph; we might remove duplication from About the role to avoid repetition. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay? It says remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid repeating same content. So we should not repeat the on-call coverage and bank holidays in both About the role and Schedule. We can keep them only in Schedule section, and About the role can be a brief summary without those details. Let's adjust.
About the role paragraph: Keep core responsibilities: "As a Treasury and Payment Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our day to day Operations covering. You will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of payments, liquidity management and promptly resolving any operational client inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience." That's enough.
Now schedule section includes on-call and bank holidays.
Now ensure we didn't miss any other substantive info: The "Location & Working Hours:" also includes base location West Coast or PT hours. That's in schedule.
Now check that we didn't miss any other info like "Processing billions annually, we empower enterprises worldwide..." that's in About us section; we didn't include About us as a section. Should we include About us? The instruction says use headings like About the role etc. Not About us. But we could include a short paragraph about the company under About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's substantive about company. However the instruction says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The posting does have "About us:" content. But we don't have a standard heading for it. Could we create a heading like About BVNK
? The examples didn't list it but didn't forb
