About The Role We’re looking for a self-motivated and curious Analyst to support our Treasury and Financial Operations across a complex, multi-entity environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate daily cash and digital asset visibility while managing the operational mechanics behind our liquidity, loan sale, and reporting processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing critical funding activities and supporting operational payment workflows that keep Figure running smoothly. You will work closely with Finance, Capital Markets, Product, and Legal teams to maintain strong treasury controls and help scale our proprietary financial infrastructure. What You’ll Do Prepare cash and inventory reporting across entities to ensure total liquidity visibility, in support of short term actions and longer range forecastingMonitor and reconcile daily bank balances and transaction activity across all operating accountsPerform daily cash positioning to ensure compliance with liquidity requirements for funding, vendor payments, and operational processesExecute cash movements, including wires, ACH transfers, and internal account allocations, adhering to approval protocols and SOX controlsManage funding operations for loan sales while ensuring strict compliance with legal agreementsSupport vendor payment processing, including wire initiation, callback confirmations, and oversight of wire templatesCollaborate with the Accounting department on month-end close processes related to funding and sale activitiesOwn and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required by legal agreementsPartner with Product, Data, Engineering and Legal teams to streamline cross-functional data collection and resolve outstanding financial queriesReconcile loan and collateral data to ensure accuracy across internal systems and blockchain recordsContinuously improve existing workflows to increase the scalability and efficiency of our financial operationsContribute to the company’s capital raising initiatives, including debt financings What We Look For 3+ years in the financial services industry with specific experience in funding, treasury, or financial operationsAbility and willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hoursExperience maintaining treasury management software (TMS) or complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems highly preferred (especially experience with Kyriba)Experience with cash forecasting highly preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldIntermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to pick up new platforms such as TableauTransparent communication and strong relationship-building skills to effectively work with cross-functional partnersProven organization skills and the ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and the analytical skills needed to work with limited directionAbility to perform and thrive in a startup environment where you are often building processes from scratchCuriosity and drive to learn about blockchain and help out where neededAdhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team. Salary Base Compensation Range: $76,500-$103,500yr25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly Company equity in the form of RSUs This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs. While most offers are generally made within the middle of the range, final compensation is determined based on the factors above.
