Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Treasury, the Treasury Manager oversees daily treasury operations across North America. This role manages cash positioning, liquidity, banking relationships, treasury technologies, forecasting, reporting, and risk management activities. The position optimizes cash management processes, supports treasury systems including Kyriba and Workday Adaptive Planning, and drives automation, controls, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash positioning and maintain adequate liquidity across all North America entities and bank accounts.

  • Execute and oversee payments, wire transfers, ACH transactions, treasury settlements, and intercompany funding activities.

  • Maintain banking account structures and treasury account documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with treasury controls and payment authorization procedures.

  • Partner with Accounts Payable and finance teams to support high-priority treasury transactions.

  • Support treasury budgeting and cash management initiatives.

  • Provide guidance and best practices related to Kyriba Treasury Management System utilization.

  • Serve as co-administrator for treasury and banking platforms, including user access and security administration.

  • Manage treasury technology platforms, including Kyriba, Power BI, Workday Adaptive Planning, SWIFT, and banking portals.

  • Lead onboarding of new entities and bank accounts into treasury systems.

  • Coordinate with banking partners to integrate bank reporting and transaction data into Kyriba and SAP S/4HANA.

  • Evaluate and implement treasury technology enhancements, automation opportunities, and fraud prevention tools.

  • Maintain treasury system procedures, documentation, training materials, and user support resources.

  • Ensure accurate global cash visibility and reporting within treasury systems.

  • Manage Treasury Power BI reporting and dashboard development for cash positions, forecasting, liquidity, and financial performance metrics.

  • Maintain cash flow forecasting and reporting through Workday Adaptive Planning.

  • Monitor global cash positions and ensure reporting accuracy across all treasury systems.

  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

  • Support internal and external audits and strengthen treasury control frameworks.

  • Manage relationships with banking partners and treasury service providers.

  • Negotiate bank fee structures and annual pricing arrangements.

  • Monitor banking activity volumes and identify opportunities for fee optimization and cost reduction.

  • Approve bank account administration activities, including account openings, closings, signatory changes, and documentation updates.

  • Maintain banking user access records and conduct periodic user access reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of treasury, cash management, capital markets, banking, or related finance experience.

  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems, preferably Kyriba.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA required.

  • Experience supporting cash forecasting and financial reporting tools, including Power BI and Workday Adaptive Planning, preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong treasury, cash management, and banking operations expertise.

  • Knowledge of payment systems, including Fedwire, ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, and related global payment networks.

  • Understanding of market rates and financial instruments, including SOFR, Federal Funds, foreign exchange rates, and liquidity management principles.

  • Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive automation and standardization initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on safeguarding company assets and maintaining internal controls.

  • Positive, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
