About the role

The Treasury Management Service Specialist II – Commercial Real Estate (CRE) supports clients within the Commercial Real Estate and CIC business segments by delivering high‑touch treasury management onboarding, implementation, and advanced service support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, implementation, and product maintenance for CRE and CIC clients with complex operating and transactional needs.
  • Review and validate entitlement structures, user roles, dual controls, ACH and wire limits, and approval workflows in alignment with client operating needs and bank policy.
  • Coordinate implementation activities, including but not limited to ACH files (CSV and NACHA formats), Positive Pay, BAI reporting, standing transfer orders, and Transmissions.
  • Conduct post‑implementation reviews to ensure stability and proper usage.
  • Provide advanced product and service support for treasury management solutions used by CRE and CIC clients, researching and resolving complex onboarding or servicing issues.
  • Troubleshoot payment exceptions, file errors, entitlement issues, and Positive Pay decisioning; identify root causes and implement durable solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to all bank policies, procedures, and applicable banking laws and regulations related to treasury management services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the client experience for CRE and CIC clients.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for less experienced Treasury Management Service Specialists, sharing product knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in treasury management, banking operations, or a related role supporting Commercial Banking, CRE, or CIC clients.
  • 3+ years experience with core treasury products and services, including payments, receivables, electronic banking, and depository solutions.
  • 3+ years experience leading implementations, resolving escalations, and working directly with clients and senior internal partners.
  • 3+ years analytical and problem‑solving experience and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex onboarding projects and extended timelines.
  • 3+ years experience with project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Skills

  • Experience supporting Commercial Real Estate owners, operators, developers, investors, or CIC‑aligned clients.
  • Familiarity with real estate operating account structures, cash flow management, and transaction‑heavy payment environments.
  • Familiarity with NACHA rules, entitlement best practices, and fraud‑prevention frameworks.
  • Experience with advanced treasury services (e.g., lockbox, integrated payables).
  • Account analysis experience and understanding of analyzed and hybrid account structures.
  • Experience with treasury and banking platforms supporting ACH, wires, Positive Pay, remote deposit, BAI reporting, and online banking portals.
