About the Role
The Treasury Management Customer Experience Specialist II provides an advanced level of product and service support to the Treasury Management segment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex problems related to customer servicing.
- Prioritize service issues and ensure timely completion with resolutions accepted by the customer.
- Provide training or education to customers on specific products.
- Serve as an internal resource for inquiries.
- Recommend process improvements and efficiencies for product and service workflows.
- Conduct research, consultation, resolution, and policy/procedure interpretation for other internal departments.
- Mentor less experienced Treasury Management Customer Service Specialists.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 or more years of Treasury Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial card experience.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a team environment, resolve problems independently, and inform management of issues.
- Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Understanding of Treasury Management products and services or commercial banking.
Workplace Type
This is an office-based role. Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, combining in-office and remote work. Specific arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.

Pay
The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including location, experience, and education. Eligible colleagues may also participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
