Treasury Management Sales Analyst
About the role
The Treasury Management (TM) Sales Support Advisor position is a client servicing and sales support role for Community Banking and Branch Delivery (CBBD), which includes Consumer and Business Banking and Community Banking. CBBD has dedicated sales teams consisting of Treasury Management and Payments Consultants (TMPCs) or Treasury Management and Sales Consultants (TMSCs) responsible for selling TM, CPS, RPS, and PS solutions to business customers.
The primary role of the TM Sales Support Advisor is to provide sales support to these TMPCs and TMSCs for all their TM sales. Support may include product training, working capital engagement training, assisting with pricing, helping with proposals, coordinating working capital and technical sales support, participating in technical and comprehensive implementations, and assisting with escalations. This position may also help with larger TM opportunities by conducting mapping sessions with customers and prospects and may assist CBBD Sales Managers, Program Managers, and Client Support representatives with sales, training, and client support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide sales support to Treasury Management and Payments Consultants (TMPCs) and Treasury Management and Sales Consultants (TMSCs).
- Assist with product training and working capital engagement training.
- Help with pricing, proposals, and coordinating technical sales support.
- Participate in technical and comprehensive implementations.
- Assist with escalations and larger TM opportunities by conducting mapping sessions with customers and prospects.
- Support CBBD Sales Managers, Program Managers, and Client Support representatives with sales, training, and client support as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant experience.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $86,530.00 - $101,800.00, based on the primary location.
