Treasury Management Sales Advisor

What You'll Do

• Develop Treasury Management business and expand existing business relationships.
• Support the sales cycle by building strong partnerships with sales partners and Relationship Managers.
• Aid in the design of new Treasury Management services.
• Manage the Treasury Management sales cycle, including business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis, and closing deals.
• Retain and grow the customer portfolio through service reviews, regular calls, and industry training.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, industry trends, and service issues.
• Design customer-centric treasury management solutions and provide consultative expertise on the liquidity management cycle.
• Provide industry and product training to internal and external audiences, including customers, resource groups, and Relationship Managers.
• Prepare reports on portfolio performance, exception pricing management, and other sales needs.
• Create marketing pitch decks, prepare sales proformas, and craft client annual reviews for both internal and external audiences.

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of related experience in the Financial Industry, Branch or Treasury Management Support, or similar field.
• May have completed a credit training program.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and other commercial banking products and services.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
• Occasional travel required.
