Treasury Management Relationship Support Specialist
About the Role
The Treasury Management Relationship Support Specialist provides sales support to Treasury Management Relationship Managers and their clients to identify, develop, and deliver quality solutions to aid the client in their day-to-day business needs.
Responsibilities
- Partners with Treasury Management Relationship Managers to prepare for and execute sales activities, including:
- Preparing account structures
- Building pricing proformas for prospects and existing clients
- Participating in the production of presentation decks
- Completing client research, such as proximity suitability to branches and other relevant information
- Researches product information in response to client inquiries by collaborating with the TM Product team
- Ensures implementation errors are below the required percentage and adheres to the stated Service Level Agreement
- Manages new client onboarding experience, including:
- Requesting documentation execution
- Submitting implementation requests
- Confirming training and client satisfaction
- Serves as the primary escalation point for client support when first-level support does not meet client needs
- Ensures reporting is complete, timely, and accurate
- Collaborates with both Commercial and Treasury Management Relationship Managers to keep all parties engaged in sales activities
- May handle additional administrative tasks to support Treasury Management Relationship Managers
This position requires tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years of prior banking, sales, or sales support experience
Preferences
- Bachelor’s degree
- Bilingual
- Understanding of Working Capital

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and track assignments

Pay
Pay ranges are job-specific and based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for the position's location and level. The minimum target range for this role is $50,500.00 USD, with a median of $63,650.00 USD. Other factors impacting pay include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and performance.
This job is not eligible for incentive pay plans.
