About the role

The Treasury Relationship Manager provides Treasury Management sales support to Commercial, Retail, and all other areas of the Bank. In addition, the incumbent will manage commercial, municipal, and Not-For-Profit banking relationships with non-credit needs. The complexity of the customer relationships managed by the Treasury Management Relationship Manager ("TMRM") will depend on their work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Sell to the Treasury Management needs of customers/prospects in all divisions of the Bank, primarily Commercial and Retail Divisions.
  • Serve as a referral source for other Bank products and services.
  • Meet with customers/prospects to assess their deposit, financial, operational, and business needs to determine the optimal Treasury Management structure.
  • Perform analysis of customer/prospect needs and prepare in-depth, competitive proposals/pro formas demonstrating the Bank’s capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver treasury products/services and make referrals to other Bank partners.
  • Collaborate with dedicated Commercial Relationship Managers to onboard new clients and retain existing clients through periodic and consultative Treasury Reviews.
  • Monitor existing customer portfolios by completing periodic Treasury Reviews to ensure customers fully utilize appropriate treasury products and services.
  • Adhere to all Compliance Requirements, complete compliance training prior to deadlines, and report concerns to management.
  • Travel as needed to meet with customers/prospects.
  • Annual evaluation is based on the overall financial goals and profitability of assigned RM portfolios.
  • Report any exceptions to policy and pricing to management for approval.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a banking environment is required.
  • Commercial and/or retail banking product knowledge is required.
  • Prior treasury management experience is highly preferred.
  • CTP/CCM accreditation preferred or willingness to obtain and maintain it.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have excellent listening ability and effective sales presentation skills.
  • Must have the ability to interact and establish good rapport with both internal and external customers.
  • Must have superior customer service and sales skills.
  • Must be able to travel within the bank's footprint.
  • Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring work visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

Salary Range: $64,491.00 - $105,949.50. Individual base pay may vary based on factors such as candidate experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
