Treasury Management Operations Specialist

About the role
The Treasury Management Operations Specialist (TMOps Specialist) is responsible for supporting the daily operations, servicing, implementation, and maintenance of treasury management products and services for commercial and business banking clients. This role ensures accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and client support for treasury solutions, which includes Online Banking, ACH, Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, Account Analysis, and Remote Deposit Capture.
Responsibilities
- Support the setup, maintenance, and servicing of treasury management products and services
- Investigate and resolve client inquiries, operational issues, exceptions, and service requests
- Assist in coordination of implementations and onboarding activities for new treasury management clients
- Review daily operational reports and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Treasury Management Sales team and Relationship Managers to support client needs
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and client experience
- Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and client records
- Assist with system testing, product enhancements, and special projects as needed
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of treasury management services
Requirements
- Two or more years of treasury management experience and familiarity with deposit and treasury products
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Solid client service experience
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with FIS (Horizon), Q2 Online Banking, Fedline Advantage, and wire automation application/tool preferred
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Banking Regulations: Electronic Banking (Reg E), Deposit Regulations (Reg CC, D, DD), AML/BSA

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
Pay
$70,000 - $95,000
