About the role

Associated Bank seeks a relationship-driven Treasury Management Officer VP to help commercial and institutional clients optimize their cash management strategies. This role involves managing complex treasury relationships, driving new business development, and providing tailored treasury solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex commercial and institutional treasury relationships while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Drive new business development through consultative sales and strategic territory planning.
  • Develop customized treasury and cash management solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing structures, and treasury service recommendations for sophisticated client relationships.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers and internal teams to strengthen client retention and expand services.
  • Maintain and monitor portfolio performance, including profitability, service quality, compliance, and product utilization.
  • Mentor junior treasury management colleagues and support collaborative sales and client engagement efforts.
  • Build strong community and business relationships to enhance market presence and referral opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of treasury management, relationship management, treasury product, implementation, or sales experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in consultative selling and relationship management.
  • 6+ years of experience with treasury systems, treasury products, and industry regulations.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.

Preferred

  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.

This position offers a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the role and the individual.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $84,140.00 - $144,240.00 per year.
