Treasury Management Consultant

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive Treasury Management revenue, deposit growth, and portfolio expansion across current and prospective clients.
• Lead client planning, calling, and portfolio strategy in close partnership with Commercial Banking to drive new and existing business.
• Serve as the Treasury Management subject matter expert in client engagements, aligning solutions to treasury, payments, and working capital needs.
• Own pricing, proposals, negotiation support, and client presentations to improve relationship profitability and growth.
• Cook up pre-call and post-call planning, lead strategy sessions with Commercial Banking partners, and maintain a strong understanding of top client industries.
• Provide commercial banker education and opportunity support to strengthen Treasury solution awareness and client engagement across the market.
• Maintain timely and accurate Salesforce pipeline, calling activity, and meeting tracking to support visibility, follow-through, and disciplined execution.
• Cook up implementation follow-through, client experience, and risk-aware execution across the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2–4 years in Treasury Management, payments, banking, or related client support
• Demonstrates ability to manage an assigned portfolio, complete pricing and proposals, and move opportunities from client engagement through submission to implementation.
