Responsibilities
- Supports the commercial services area with customer service, correspondence, phone calls, and miscellaneous duties.
- Affords assistance with sales and service of products.
- Performs administrative activities such as support, documentation, customer calls, faxes, transfers, mail, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
Requirements
- Knowledge of bank operations, particularly treasury management services.
- Knowledge of Word, spreadsheet, and database software.
- Skills in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Effective communication skills with management, customers, and coworkers.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- An organized and efficient work environment.
- The ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in banking is preferred.
- Previous experience with computer software and bookkeeping is preferred.
