Responsibilities

  • Supports the commercial services area with customer service, correspondence, phone calls, and miscellaneous duties.
  • Affords assistance with sales and service of products.
  • Performs administrative activities such as support, documentation, customer calls, faxes, transfers, mail, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of bank operations, particularly treasury management services.
  • Knowledge of Word, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Skills in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills with management, customers, and coworkers.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • An organized and efficient work environment.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and multitask.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in banking is preferred.
  • Previous experience with computer software and bookkeeping is preferred.
