Responsibilities
- Serves as a point of contact for commercial services area.
- Provides customer service, handling correspondence, phone calls, and miscellaneous duties.
- Aids in the sales and service of products within the commercial services area.
- Supports administrative tasks such as documentation, customer calls, faxes, transfers, and mail.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
- Knowledge of bank operations, particularly treasury management services.
- Proficiency in using Word, spreadsheet, and database software.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication abilities, including with management, customers, and coworkers.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized work environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in banking is preferred.
- Previous experience with computer software and bookkeeping is beneficial.
