Treasury Management Advisor I

We do the right things, right now in a way that is relevant to our clients. The Treasury Management Advisor I provides comprehensive financial solutions and advice to clients in treasury management. They work closely with clients to understand cash management needs and develop strategies to optimize cash flow, mitigate risks, and maximize returns on investments. The role involves analyzing financial data, assessing market trends, and recommending appropriate treasury management products and services. Ongoing support and guidance ensure smooth implementation and utilization of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships through Bank Partner introductions and self-sourced leads.
- Deepen Treasury Management relationships with Retail small business customers and mid-size businesses assigned to Business Specialists.
- Service existing clients within an identified portfolio to retain and strengthen relationships through solutions-based selling of Treasury Management products and services.
- Generate organic growth in both deposits and fee income to achieve annual goals.
- Review, service, and maintain client portfolios, including Working Capital Analysis, with internal stakeholders.
- Review portfolio profitability; manage exception pricing and account structure to minimize non-standard adjustments.
- Collaborate internally with key partners to enhance and strengthen small to mid-size business relationships.
- Develop and deliver client and internal training presentations.
Requirements
- 2 years of banking experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of branch structure and the small business customer.
Skills
Regularly performs varied, routine work and analyzes factors to solve moderately complex problems. Follows established guidelines under regular supervision (management or Senior Treasury Management Advisors).
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lifts and carries up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned market to meet clients and internal partners.
- Ability to travel outside of market as needed.
Compliance
The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed by State and Federal law, including Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC, and Suspicious Activity reporting, as well as all lending and deposit compliance requirements.
Pay
$66,000/year to $87,500/year.
