Treasury Management ACH Origination Specialist

Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding ACH origination services. Review and validate client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank standards.
- Support & Maintenance: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to ACH Origination activities which include but are not limited to transactions, file formats, and error resolution. Provide daily phone support for inbound ACH Origination service inquiries from both internal partners and external clients, delivering timely issue resolution, technical assistance, and service support. Process maintenance requests such as limit adjustments and account updates. Assist clients with troubleshooting file rejections and platform navigation.
- Operational Excellence: Support quality assurance efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency in daily operations. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver reliable and exceptional client experience. Follow all established policies and procedures. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 3 years ACH origination and Treasury Management required
- 3 years Bank Operations preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
