About the role
Responsible for active management of the asset/liability position of the credit union, supported by recommending strategies for current and future products. Management of the investment portfolio under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer. Maintain lines of credit with corresponding institutions, providing access to liquidity and other means of balance sheet management. Provide complex ongoing and ad-hoc financial and system analysis, recommendations and system configurations, supporting key objectives for current and long-term business plans and strategies. Proactively manages assigned vendors and collaborates and leads people with integrity and enthusiasm.

Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, or a related financial function, with demonstrated impact through Asset Liability and liquidity management in complex or varied economic environments.
- 4+ years’ experience in people leadership including cross-functional teams, coaching talent, and building high-performing, future-ready individual; financial institution leadership experience is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience leading analysis of future investment opportunities and advising senior leadership on treasury investment strategy is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience developing and evolving treasury products, services, or capabilities.
- Demonstrated strong quantitative analytical, organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including MS Office suite with demonstrated advanced skills in Excel.

Compensation
$130,000.00 - $160,000.00/year
