Responsibilities

  • Support Treasury activities, including the maintenance of bank accounts, monitoring of bank fees and maintenance of banking records
  • Assist with daily cash management activities and cash flow reporting
  • Support line of credit administration, including monthly collateral reporting, covenant compliance, and supporting schedules
  • Assist with annual renewals for line of credit agreements and annual credit rating
  • Record monthly interest expense and loan fee journal entries for all active debt facilities
  • Support bond issuances and related financing transactions
  • Coordinate debt and finance related item requests from lenders, auditors, and consultants
  • Assist with federal income tax and tangible personal property tax returns
  • Assist with corporate entity maintenance, including state filings and registrations
  • Support special projects involving acquisitions, financing transactions, and land development activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • 5+ years experience in accounting, finance, treasury, public accounting, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting principles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas
  • Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
