A Day In The Life

The Finance and Treasury Analyst is a key member of the Treasury team responsible for supporting daily liquidity management for the enterprise, financial analysis and reporting, and addressing operational requests for both internal and external customers. The role combines analytical, operational and project responsibilities, while providing exposure to corporate finance activities, banking relationships, treasury technology, executive leadership, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's Degree four-year college or university Req3-4 years and/or training in treasury operations, corporate finance, consulting or investment banking.
  • Required Microsoft Excel skills
  • Required Experience with Power BI, data visualization tools, Treasury Management Systems (Reval preferred), and ERP platforms (D365 or similar)
  • PREFERRED Be intellectually curious and eager to improve processes.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
  • Balance analytical thinking with practical execution.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with both operational teams and executive leadership.
  • Take ownership and work independently while collaborating effectively across the organization.
  • Ability to navigate a complex organization, build strong relationships, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups - internal and external, as well as at all levels across the organization.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are critical: Ability to communicate effectively in writing in a manner that is clear and succinct; read, analyze, and interpret financial and legal data; respond to questions and feedback from customers in a manner that is timely and professional; comfortable in a variety of presentation settings, i.e. one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, direct reports, and leadership.
  • Uses interpersonal aptitude skills to build relationships beneficial in achieving work-related goals. Gains attention and respect of others. Encourages collaboration and blends people into teams when needed. Can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external individuals and groups. Can quickly find common ground and solve problems for the good of all.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

Travel Requirements

20% Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).
