We are looking for a Treasury Cash Analyst to support daily cash operations for a real estate investment organization in San Antonio, Texas. This is a contract position requiring onsite work on a permanent basis.

Focus on maintaining accurate cash activity, supporting funding needs, and ensuring timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong treasury experience, sound judgment, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and balance daily cash positions across multiple banking relationships, ensuring account activity is accurate and fully supported.
- Coordinate cash movements such as distributions, contributions, wires, and internal transfers while assisting with payment and check processing activities.
- Prepare and communicate prior-day debit and credit activity to accounting to support accurate financial records.
- Monitor account funding levels, arrange reimbursement activity as needed, and escalate overdraft or low-cash situations promptly.
- Track scheduled loan payments for assigned accounts and keep payment calendars current to avoid missed deadlines.
- Investigate positive pay exceptions and research banking or cash activity questions raised by internal stakeholders.
- Develop short-term cash projections and produce month-end balance reporting for treasury and finance review.
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations and provide documentation requested for internal or external audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline, or comparable relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in treasury, cash management, or a closely related finance function.
- Demonstrated background processing wire transfers and performing high-volume bank account reconciliations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work efficiently with formulas and detailed financial data.
- Experience with treasury platforms such as Kyriba is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail when managing time-sensitive transactions.
- Ability to work effectively under strict daily deadlines in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
