We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, minimum qualifications, knowledge/skills/abilities, physical demands, work environment, qualification requirements. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections. We need headings:

for each section. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc). The posting includes some legal language like "Physical Demands", "Work Environment", "Qualification Requirements", "Reasonable accommodation may be made...". Those are part of job description; we should keep them as they are substantive? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Physical Demands", "Work Environment", "Qualification Requirements" sections are not boilerplate; they are part of job description. So we keep them. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list of essential functions), Requirements (maybe minimum qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe knowledge/skills/abilities?), Skills (maybe Excel etc), Benefits (none), Pay (none), Schedule (none). We could combine some. But we must not create sections with filler. So we include only those with content. We have: - About the role: first paragraph: "CBX Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Treasury Analyst to support the company's daily cash management activities and help provide leadership with accurate, timely visibility into the organization's cash position. Reporting to the Director, Tax and Treasury, this role will help manage a portfolio of 50+ bank accounts that roll up into the master corporate bank account, monitor and categorize daily cash inflows and outflows, and support accurate and timely cash reporting. The Treasury Analyst will work closely with Accounts Payable, Corporate Accounting, and Branch Operations to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain strong controls over the company's cash activities. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can manage multiple priorities, identify discrepancies, and proactively support process improvements. This position requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and an interest in leveraging technology and workflow automation to improve treasury processes." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: list of essential functions (the bullet points under "Essential Functions"). - Requirements: maybe "Minimum Qualifications" (Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years experience). Could be under Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe "Knowledge, Skills And Abilities" (strong Excel, attention to detail, analytical, etc). Could be under Qualifications. - Skills: maybe separate list of technical skills: Excel, Alteryx, workflow automation. But we already covered in Knowledge, Skills And Abilities. Could combine. But we need to follow instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content accordingly. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities), Skills (maybe specific tools like Excel, Alteryx). However the knowledge, skills, abilities already includes Excel, attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, managing priorities, communication, cross-functional collaboration, experience managing multiple bank accounts, familiarity with Alteryx, workflow automation, multi-location/multi-entity. That's essentially skills. So we could put that under Skills. Then Qualifications could be education/experience. But we have both Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge, Skills And Abilities. So we can map: - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (education, experience) - Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (the list) - Skills: maybe we could separate technical tools: Excel, Alteryx, workflow automation. But that would be redundant. Better to put Knowledge, Skills And Abilities under Skills, and keep Qualifications as education/experience? Actually typical: Requirements = minimum qualifications (education, experience). Qualifications = preferred qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities). Skills = specific technical skills. But we have overlapping. Given instruction to prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could combine: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (includes education/experience and knowledge/skills/abilities). But we need to follow heading usage: we can still have multiple sections if they have content. Let's decide: - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of essential functions. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (education, experience). - Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (the list). - Skills: maybe we could list specific tools: Excel, Alteryx, workflow automation (but already covered). Could omit Skills section to avoid thin. - Benefits, Pay, Schedule: none, so omit. We also have Physical Demands and Work Environment sections. Those are substantive; we could include them under a heading like "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings are limited to those list. We could fold them into Requirements or Qualifications? Not ideal. But we could create a section "Physical Demands" but not allowed heading. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings only. So we must not create other headings. Therefore we need to incorporate Physical Demands and Work Environment into existing sections, perhaps under Requirements or Qualifications as additional details. That's acceptable: we can add them as paragraphs under Requirements or Qualifications. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills (maybe). We'll embed Physical Demands and Work Environment under Requirements or Qualifications. Let's extract content: About the role paragraph (as above). Responsibilities list: - Monitor and help manage 50+ bank accounts that roll up into the master corporate bank account. - Track daily cash activity, including the identification, categorization, and tracking of cash inflows and outflows. - Prepare daily cash reporting to provide leadership with clear and accurate visibility into the company's cash position. - Monitor bank activity and investigate unusual, unexpected, or unreconciled transactions. - Work cross-functionally with Accounts Payable, Corporate Accounting, and Branch Operations to understand and resolve cash-related issues. - Support coordination of cash activity across corporate and branch-level operations to ensure accurate reporting and appropriate cash management. - Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts (cash), credit cards, and checks, identifying and resolving discrepancies timely. - Perform bank deposits within ERPs as part of the monthly cash reconciliation process. - Maintain accurate treasury records and documentation to support strong internal controls over cash. - Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring treasury processes. - Use Excel to analyze cash activity, build reporting, identify trends, and support decision-making. - Leverage Alteryx and workflow automation concepts to improve data management, reporting, and treasury processes. - Support the cash onboarding process for newly acquired entities as CBX grows through acquisition. - Serve as a point of contact for routine cash-related questions across the organization. - Support additional treasury and finance initiatives as needed. - Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered. - 1-3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, accounting, or a related finance function. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: - Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze large amounts of financial data. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, particularly around month-end close. - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Experience managing multiple bank accounts and/or supporting a centralized treasury function a plus. - Familiarity with Alteryx, workflow automation, or similar data-processing tools a plus. - Experience working with multi-location or multi-entity organizations a plus. Physical Demands: - While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and see. - The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms. - This role requires frequent lifting of items weighing 5-25 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. - Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Work Environment: - This position operates in both a professional office setting and a warehouse environment. - The role routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. - Occasional travel to project sites may be required. - Warehouse conditions include proximity to forklifts and other heavy machinery and the use of various tools and hardware. - Employees may be subject to frequent heavy lifting and exposure to variable weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. - Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Qualification Requirements (the paragraph about performing duties satisfactorily, not exhaustive list, reasonable accommodations per ADA). This is more legal boilerplate but still part of job description. Might be considered boilerplate but it's about qualification requirements. The instruction says remove legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is about ADA accommodation, could be considered legal boilerplate. Might be safe to remove? It's not EEO but it's ADA accommodation. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is legal (ADA). So we should remove that paragraph. Also the earlier "Reasonable accommodation may be made..." appears in Physical Demands and Work Environment; those are part of job description but also legal. However they are directly related to the role's demands; we might keep them as they are substantive about demands. The instruction says remove legal boilerplate; but those sentences about reasonable accommodation are typical legal disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate. However they are integrated into the physical demands and work environment description. Could keep them as they are part of describing demands. Safer to keep them? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The reasonable accommodation lines are legal boilerplate. I'd remove them to be safe. But then we lose mention of accommodation. However the physical demands and work environment still convey the demands. We can keep the demands without the accommodation sentence. Thus Physical Demands bullet points without the accommodation sentence. Work Environment similarly. Now we need to output HTML fragment. Structure:

    About the role

    ...

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...

    Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

1-3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, accounting, or a related finance function.

    Physical Demands

not allowed. So we could add a

under Requirements: "Physical demands: regularly required to talk, hear, and see; frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms; frequent lifting of 5-25 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds." Similarly for Work Environment. But we need to decide if we want a separate section for Physical Demands and Work Environment. Since not allowed headings, we can incorporate them into Requirements or Qualifications as paragraphs. Let's put them under Requirements after the qualifications paragraphs. Thus Requirements will have: - Education/experience paragraphs. - Physical demands paragraph. - Work environment paragraph. Then Qualifications section for Knowledge, Skills And Abilities. Skills section maybe not needed; we could omit. Thus final sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications
