Pay Rate: $22.60 - $29/hr (determined post-interview)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM
Responsibilities
- Prepare, enter, and process daily bank transactions (vendor payments, payroll, ACH, wires, checks)
- Manage daily account funding, cash concentration, and cash pooling activities
- Prepare daily cash flow forecasting for multiple units and bank accounts
- Operate treasury and banking systems (electronic banking, credit card systems)
- Ensure adherence to key compliance, documentation, and regulatory reporting
- Administer corporate credit card programs (Travel Cards, P-Cards): data management, user administration, resolving cardholder queries, reporting, collections, fees analysis
- Identify and support mitigation of cybersecurity and fraud risks in treasury processes
- Partner with Internal Audit for Treasury-related audits
- Process intercompany settlements and support administration of credit facilities (letters of credit)
- Maintain accurate bank account/signers lists and approval limits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams; adapt to changing priorities
- Perform backup for other treasury roles and additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years’ experience in treasury, finance, or banking
- High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to self-review with a zero-error approach (payments are high-stakes)
- Strong sense of urgency; effective prioritization and ownership
- Proven collaboration and communication skills with diverse teams
- Ability to adapt quickly and resolve conflicts/disputes effectively
- Multitasking and flexibility: rigid task scheduling won’t work
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years Treasury experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience in AP, AR, accounting
- Excel proficiency: VLOOKUPs, formulas, pivot tables
- Knowledge of cash management, cash pooling, intercompany settlements
- Experience administering corporate credit card/cash management programs
- Familiarity with treasury systems and understanding of cybersecurity/fraud risk
