Job Description

Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Required Qualifications: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Mid to senior-level experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Product Finance, or Business Finance. Experience supporting product financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis. Experience using Oracle ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel. Experience developing business cases and product profitability analyses. Excellent forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis experience. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to prepare executive-level reports and presentations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating in a team environment.

Required Technical Skills: Oracle ERP, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Financial Modeling, Budgeting & Forecasting, Business Case Development, Product Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Predictive Modeling, Trend Analysis, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project).

Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis, reporting, and planning activities for Product Financial Planning & Analysis. Build and evaluate business cases for new product initiatives. Analyze product costs, revenue projections, profitability, and return on investment (ROI). Prepare financial forecasts, business plans, and operating reports. Perform predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and trend analysis. Develop executive-level financial reports and presentations. Use Oracle ERP to support financial reporting and analysis. Recommend business and profitability improvements based on data analysis. Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
