Treasury Analyst I

Responsibilities

  • Manage the cash forecasting process and maintain related spreadsheets
  • Responsible for US and international cash management, including daily cash positioning, monitoring the supply and movement of cash, reconciling bank fees, and ensuring accurate maintenance of bank accounts
  • Build out the company’s investment portfolio
  • Evaluate foreign currency exposures and hedging options
  • Produce, maintain, and analyze complex management reports, including for debt compliance and share repurchase programs
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls around cash transfers, bank documentation, bank online access, etc.
  • Affiliate with insurance claims, policy renewals, payments, and other day-to-day requests
  • Active involvement in the treasury organization to achieve objectives according to plans and timelines
  • Prioritize work effectively so that all tasks are completed on-time and accurately
  • Regular interaction with the Treasurer and CFO

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Ability to solve problems and work in a team environment
  • Eager to learn and grow within Treasury

Experience

  • Previous work experience in Treasury or related field

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or related field

Compensation

As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $65,000 to $85,000 per year.
