Treasury Analyst

About the role
Responsible for several aspects of Treasury operations, primarily focused on cash management and investments, debt compliance, capital markets, and credit. Also assist with key special projects, provide financial analysis and support for Board meeting presentations and capital market transactions. Ideal candidate will be an analytical self-starter who embraces new challenges as learning opportunities and is open to advancement opportunities across the finance function.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cash management functions including daily cash position, account funding, issuing commercial paper, working capital metrics and letters of credit.
- Maintain bank relationships, including banking systems, fee structure, status of accounts and other banking issues; seek to optimize pricing.
- Partner with organization to forecast cash, make funding recommendations, explain variances and ensure adequate liquidity.
- Debt and Interest reconciliation, forecast, and budget.
- Prepare debt covenant compliance schedules, credit analytics and ratio targets.
- Actively assist in the company’s share repurchase program.
- Generate ad hoc reporting utilizing various financial software (e.g. Bloomberg, Banking portals).
- Prepare monthly treasury reporting review for Sr. Management.
- Ensure adequate controls are in place, documented, monitored and tested to ensure compliance with treasury policies.
- Update policies as required.
- Act as main point of contact regarding bank access, payments, and additional questions.
- Other projects as assigned.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; CTP or CPA preferred
- 2-4 years’ experience
- Work experience in a multinational, multidivisional treasury, finance or accounting function or public accounting role preferred
- Effective time management and prioritization of tasks
- Successfully managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Pay
The anticipated pay range for this position is $66,500 - $95,750 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
