Treasury Analyst - 1423
About the role
The Treasury Analyst will play a key role in managing the financial health and liquidity of the company, with a focus on supporting the unique operational and capital needs of a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business. This role involves daily cash management, assistance in forecasting, banking relationships, and financial risk analysis.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple accounts and entities.
- Assist in development of short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Analyze and report on liquidity metrics, and funding requirements.
- Perform Weekly and Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
- Accurately record Bank Transfers.
- Performs Interest Calculations and properly record entries.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to align treasury strategies with operations.
- Participate in treasury system implementations and process improvements.
- Performs other Analyst related monthly accounting duties as assigned.
- Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
- Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Highly proficient with accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Knowledge of Corridor and Great Plains Dynamics preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.
- Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills.
- Familiarity with treasury management systems.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Pay
The salary range for this position generally ranges between $60K - $70K. Actual rate will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance.
