Treasury Accountant

Treasury Accountant Job Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reporting
• Aid with cash forecasting and treasury activities
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash activity
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Aid with financial reporting and audit requests
• Prepare and file multi-state sales and use tax returns
• Manage excise tax, property tax, and other regulatory filings
• Support tax audits and compliance requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements across accounting operations

Treasury Accountant Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with general ledger accounting, treasury, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and investigate variances
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong Excel skills

Pay & Schedule

Competitive salary of $75,000-$95,000 base + 5% bonus potential
Hybrid schedule with only 2 days onsite per week
