Tray Line Associate

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Assembles trays, serves and delivers food; dispenses beverages and necessary condiments per departmental standards and regulatory agency requirements.
• Prepares salads, sandwiches, cold plates and other items that require limited food preparation skills.
• Sets up, stocks, and rotates supplies for patient tray line.
• Maintains clean and sanitary environment in kitchen per departmental, GBMC, and regulatory agency policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adheres to GBMC and departmental policies for proper hygiene and dress code.
• Performs other tasks designated by Management team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience: 3 months experience preferred

Skills

• Ability to work well under time constraints and to work effectively as a team member.
