About the role
Jet Industries Inc. is seeking a Traveling Foreman for work in the state of Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Installation of electrical distribution equipment, services, and panels
- Installation of in-ground conduits
- Installation of lighting and lighting control systems
- Installation of wiring, including but not limited to NMB, MC, single conductor cable, and conduit (EMT, PVC, and rigid) systems
- Installation of low-voltage systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, lighting, and devices
- Read complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Operate a variety of equipment, such as hand tools and diagnostic hardware
- Operate various measuring, diagnostic, and testing instruments
Requirements
- The ability to get an Oregon Journeyman's License.
- Basic proficiency in English required.
Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site.
Skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in operating hand tools and diagnostic hardware.
- Ability to operate various measuring, diagnostic, and testing instruments.
