How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on active job sites, ensuring production goals and deadlines are consistently met.
• Meticulously interpret blueprints and construction plans, guaranteeing precise execution and zero deviations from specifications.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on-site, maintaining seamless workflow and project quality.
• Champion a safety-first culture, conducting daily meetings and rigorously enforcing all safety protocols.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with General Contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Train and mentor laborers in proper techniques and safety practices, elevating the team's overall skill level.
• Ensure all projects meet exact specifications and deadlines, upholding JP Tank's reputation for excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete construction.
• Proven team leadership experience in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Expert ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints and construction plans.
• Willingness to travel nationwide based on project needs.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Able to maintain professionalism with General Contractors and crew members.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.
