About the role
Zions Bank seeks to hire a Client Service Associate (Teller) to support the daily operations of its branches. This position is part of the Retail Support team, which includes traveling tellers and bankers who assist branches during absences.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
- Resolve client's problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
- Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities through exploring clients' needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
- Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
- Solid balancing and customer service skills.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
- Experience selling products and services based on customer needs preferred.

Pay
Minimum pay is $19 an hour.
Schedule
This position primarily supports our branches in Summit County. Mileage reimbursements are provided whenever an employee travels over 25 miles round trip from their home.
