Traveling Teller (20 Hour) - Weber County

About the role

Zions Bank seeks to hire a Client Service Associate (Teller) to support its branches across the Weber County area. This position involves processing transactions, addressing client needs, and maximizing cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
• Resolve client's problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities through exploring needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking
• Solid balancing and customer service skills
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs
• Experience selling products and services based on customer needs preferred
